HEAT! Glorious heat, that I will never take for granted again. We have used two other furnace companies in the past, but we are now going to call Premier from now on. My heat had been sometimes working, sometimes not, to the point where I thought it was me going crazy. Every time I came close to calling premier over the last few weeks the heat would finally cycle on. Finally, with two straight days without heat, it was time to call Premier. The very courteous tech listened to my description of the issue, and he fixed my furnace. Same day, fast, courteous, efficient, correct diagnosis, and reasonable rates. Way to go!!! Very impressed Our blower went out at 10:00PM, placed an emergency call, Bob called back within 15 minutes,and came out right away. He replaced the blower by 12:00Midnight. Very nice person. I am very impressed with the total service My husband and I received. I will definitely recommend this company to others. Keep up the exceptional service.

THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!!! We were having trouble with our furnace and called another company out. All this other serviceman said was that we need a new furnace. He didn’t even try to look at it or fix it. I looked up Premier here in the yellow pages and decided to give them a call. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! It’s a family owned company and Bob the technician came out and exactly knew what the problem was. He had our heat working in less than an hour! It didn’t cost us an arm and a leg either! Forget about any other heating and cooling place. Premier is the best and hopefully we won’t need to call them any time soon, but if we do, they are the only ones I will call!! My central a/c was not blowing out cold air. Bob came out and diagnosed it right away and fixed it and at a price I didn’t mind paying.. It works better then it ever did. He was very friendly and considerate. I highly recommend this business.

Our furnace went out at 10:30pm. I decided to shut it off overnight, and try it again in the morning. After sleeping in until about noon, I tried the furnace, but the blower still wouldn’t come on and was making a high pitched noise instead. I was unsatisfied by HVAC companies that I had used in the past, so I decided to check the phone book and do a quick internet search for companies that serviced our area. I found thumbtack.com which proved to be a great aid in getting help fast. Within 15 minutes of registering on thumbtack, I had 3 separate quotes, the first of which was Bob’s (and today is New Year’s Day). Bob’s quote contained the most information, not only the cost for the service call, but the probable price for the repair as well. His reviews were very positive, so I gave him a call. The temperature inside my house had dropped to about 50 degrees by this point and was continuing to drop. After speaking with Bob, I sent him photos of my furnace (at his request). He told me he could fix the problem and quoted me a specific price over the phone. Bob was at my home less than an hour after we spoke on the phone and the furnace was fixed within 45 minutes of his arrival and the price was exactly what he estimated over the phone. Bob was friendly, courteous, did a great job, and offered excellent advice. I will definitely call him in the future whenever in need of Heating and A/C related services. I highly recommend Bob, you will not be disappointed.
